Of course - boy he really sticks out now. I'm not sure how 4 of us looking at that could miss it. But I must say I still think that the lion bears a striking resemblence to Simba.

Well, I get to cross something off my list of things to do before Onboarding next week! My cousin is going to fix my little peek-a-boo streak in my hair tomorrow and match it as much as she can to the rest of my color.

Wow Jessica - I can't believe it's time for you to head back down for your Onboarding already. Make sure to let us know how it goes. I hope you're working that first week of June when my daughter and I are there. I'd love to see you.

You definately should. It really is a lot of fun, even with the crowds.

It's blowing a gale here in Chico too. The wind is ice cold too. Wish there was some rain to go along with it but its a clear sky.

Jodi, actually cabana boys aside reading the posts about the scavenger hunt and seeing the cute themes and costumes people came up with looks like a whole lot of fun!

Jessica, good luck with your Onboarding. I never knew this until until DD worked at Disney, but apparently Disney likes their CMs to have fairly conservative hair.Many of her friends who had highlights were told to tone it down. These were highlights that were not extreme by any means.There were hair places in Orlando that catered to fixing hair and giving the future CMs "the Disney look" - lol. My daughter was on the cusp of being told to fix her hair when she went through Casting. She was asked if her highlights were natural and since she was working as a Lifeguard it passed - ie natural highlights from the sun Anyway, long ramble here, but when you mentioned taking out your streak, I knew exactly what your were talking about.

That's nice you are going to move in with your sis to keep her company. And how fun to be planning your first WDW trip!!! Yay for free dining.
The first time I went during free dining was back when it included a drink, appetizer, entree, dessert, tax and tip. I literally didn't have to touch my wallet. Sooo nice!

This is my 2nd time to the World but first solo trip. The restrictions with this deal is that if you book at a value resort you get free quick service dining but you can upgrade to the regular dining plan by paying the price difference. The difference was minuscule.

There is no appetizer but that's okay because I'm sure I'll be full with the entree and dessert.

I think I'm eating at Cinderella's Royal Table! Unless Beast's castle and restaurant is up and running by then.

Keep telling DH (Air Force) he needs to get reassigned to the east coast so we can go see WDW!!

This trip will be for fun/research. My sister and DBIL and I are going next year in the late summer/early fall. DBIL has never been!

Funny, I posted about this on Facebook just the other day. I was playing around with the free dining and it wasn't bad....until you add in the airfare. We also have a family of 6, and it would run almost $500 a person!

Howdy, Divas! So glad this windy day is finally OVER. Sheesh. I chased some stuff around my yard this afternoon, but at least the fence is still standing. I really thought it would go this time, it's leaning pretty noticeably. But toward their yard, so I'm not as worried as I would be if it were leaning this way. I'm just selfish like that. LOL The last time it fell, 2 or 3 years ago, it fell into our yard and broke some stuff. Not in the mood to go thru that again. LOL Tomorrow is laundry (as always) and grocery shopping. The fun never ends, I tell ya.

Good morning, ladies!! It is downright cold here!! In the 30's with a real feel of 24!! This morning we had a real feel of 19. It's crazy. Yesterday the winds were so bad, flights were canceled, trees down, thousands without power. Luckily we avoided all of that, but yikes. Hard to believe we were at 75 degrees on Monday.

Hope all of you are doing okay if you've got any wacky weather going on!

Tomorrow is laundry (as always) and grocery shopping. The fun never ends, I tell ya.

Want to come do mine as well? I am so sick of doing laundry.

Good morning ladies!! I'm excited because I booked a trip to Disney World and Universal for Laila and me . I was going to wait until Oct. 2014, but I really wanted to take her to see Barney at Universal before she gets too old for him. She loves Barney right now.

The sad part is that I will be going in October when Beth, Capri and a few other Divas will be at Disneyland and I will miss them . This is a downer since I love hanging out with the girls.

Airfare is insane nowadays. Around $500 is what I was finding, too. Per person x a family of 6?? Uh, no. Guess my family and I will be staying home for a long while, unless it's someplace we can drive to. Good luck on finding decent airfare!!

That reminds me of when I was in NYC. We'd check the weather every morning when we were in our beds and Sunday morning said it was 19 degrees with a real feel of 12 degrees. Needless to say but we stayed in the hotel the majority of the day.

AWWWWW Bummer! I'm going for the concerts but also the free dining makes it oh so much cheaper.

We (myself, DSis and DBIL) are going next year, probably around the same time. It will be my DBIL's first visit so my sister wants me to plan the trip and I have no problems with that so this trip will be mostly fun with some research for next year.

By next year Beast's castle should be completed and my DSis is super stoked about it.

I keep saying stoked. IDK why but it accurately describes my feelings at the moment, I guess.

The day my kids turned 13 they had to start doing their own laundry. Didn't even get any complaints but my son was a bit surprised, he kept saying 'really'? Yup - really!!
