Am I the only one going through serious Disney withdrawals right now??? :(

I don't know what it is.....I just want to be there right now.

:wave2: Over here. Me! I won't be back until Aug 22, 2009. That's like 16 months from our DL trip and 20 months from my last WDW trip.

You guys think I'm loco now, just wait a couple more months.

Oooo, there's an idea. Get sent to a pyschologist who will say I need at least 4 to 6 business days off in December. Whole new use for mental health days.:cheer2:

Have a great night everyone!

HI!

Congrats Katie! It's a girl! yay!:lovestruc

I got back from San Francisco around 1:00am but didn't sleep until 4:00am and woke up at 1:30PM!

Yeah, I'm reallly out of it!
Good news though, I got a B in my math class!

Nope, I'm having withdrawls pretty bad over here. DBF just called and I told him I wanted him to take me on Sunday. :cool1: I can't wait!

Hi Everyone!

Just had to pop in and send a big congrats to Katie on her big news....a precious new princess is set to arrive!:dance3: I just love little girls!:lovestruc

Welcome to LBCpirategirl. My DD is starting her senior year at CSLB, she lives in LB and works at DL. She is really living the life, you know.

Beth, hang in there with this heat. Unfortunately, it will last another month. I'm sorry:guilty: , but counting down the days until your October trip might help. I have a dry erase board in our entry way by the kitchen with vacation count downs. Currently we have DH's five day fishing trip in Oct, my B-day at the Grand in Nov, WDW in Jan, Girls only trip in March and our Alaska cruise in June 2009. I am a crazy, mad planner!

Hi guys, I'm new to this thread too. (actually I posted once or twice but it was several months ago) It looks like I'm going to miss the mini meet by one day! Darnit. We arrive on the 18th of Oct. and will be there through the 23rd. I hope you guys have a great time!

I'd say that just means you need to come a day earlier. :rolleyes1 ;)

Linda: you forgot the Mini-Meet in October!!!! LOL

Stacerita--have fun on Sunday--and you never know when I may pop up!

Cristabel--way to go on the B (I hated math and never took it at college level! you're braver than me!)

Katie: yay--another girl! just a few years and she'll be doing a mini-quest adventure with us too!

Hope everyone has a great day.

I wish! We are driving down from Seattle on Friday, so I'm afriad there is no way we'd make it there before Sat. Darnit!

Bumping us up...it's the first time I got to do it!

Hi, ladies!
I hope you all are doing well. I am taking a break from writing an essay about the No Child Left Behind Act.:surfweb: Fun stuff.

I am anxiously counting down the days until our big meet! I wish I could go to the October meet! Fall is a great time to hit DL. I am glad that you all get to meet again.

Beth, how did you lose 30 lbs?? I wanna know! That is freakin AWESOME!

Hey January! Good to see you here!

I lost the weight basically by eating less and moving more. LOL Sounds simple I know, but that's what I've been doing. Just really counting calories and trying to do some walking now and then. It's been since the first week of May so it's kind of slow going, and I still have a long ways to go, but I'll get there.

The thread we have on the WISH board helps too. Anyone is welcome to join us whether you have 5 lbs or 95 lbs to lose. It's just about supporting each other. :)

I wish you could come in October too! But for sure we better see you in March. :cool1:

Hi ladies,

I heard from Lorealle and found out that so far only 6 of the 25 rooms set aside for us for the March trip have been booked. I was a little surprised to hear that since we have almost 50 ladies signed up.

I know some of you are sharing a room, but I just wanted to post a brief reminder that the rooms are first come, first served and will only be held up to a certain point. What ever rooms aren't booked by then will be released back to the public.

So if you haven't booked already, don't forget to do so. If you need the booking info please send me a PM and I will get it to you.
I don't want to see anyone who wants a room miss out on getting one, or have to get one at the higher price.

Thanks. :)

Thanks for the reminder, Beth. :)

Would it be possible to get a cut-off date for making the reservations? I know for me personally it is really hard to make the commitment to the March trip because I may be in the process of moving. . .

Sure, I believe she said February 20 was the date that she would release any unreserved rooms.
So there is still time, and I understand in your situation it's hard to know what to do.

I just thought more rooms would have been reserved by now out of such a large group. :confused3

Maybe the ladies are all waiting until October to book them in person when they come for the Oct mini meet.;)

Howdy all!

My Wii came today and I played for a bit and my shoulder is sore now. I have no Wii stamina.

I did the fitness test and scored an age of 79! :rotfl:

In my defence, I had not learned how to do all the games yet. But I sure got a good laugh out of my Wii age of 79, especially when 20 is the 'youngest' it can give you. I'm not surprised though since I don't play ANY video gaming systems.

I can't wait to rent a couple games this weekend. Maybe I can get my Wii age down to 70!!!!

 s to all!!!!

OMG, there is a Wii fitness test??? How high does it go? :rolleyes1 I'd probably score somewhere around age 99. :sad2:

Which would mean I'd be older then you! So you better be nice to me because you're supposed to respect your elders.

Shelley, I'm pretty sure the fitness age goes younger than 20, because my 6 year old got "8" for her age the first time she played. We were all so jealous of her until she scored a 19 on her next fitness test. I think the best I have scored is in the 40's. It's tough, and I'm not good at balance at all!
