It's $99 but Deluxe Annual Passholders, Premium Annual Passholders, AAA Members, or Disney Visa cardholders receive a 20% discount.

You do realize you just volunteered to be the Ladies Trip official bartender.

I ate my Cinnamon Candy Apple today from the Halloween tour, it was AWESOME!! I always think I'm not going to like the apples, but after having a piece of the Apple Pie Apple that Cheryl got and then this one, which I cut into wedges, I'm going to have to try a new one each time I go now!! And the Pumpkin Fudge, I'm normally a chocolate person so I never thought to try any of the other flavors... AWESOME as well!! I never knew what I was missing!!! But how does a person eat one of those apples without looking obscene! Wedges is the way to go, baby!!!

We have the VIP Tour to think about. This is the list I have for that:

I have 13 people signed up, but the tour only holds up to 10 guests, so those signed up for that tour need to think about how they want to divide the group and what day they want to take it. Last trip it was done on a Friday. How did that work out for you all who took it then??

Also the cost is $125 an hour with a minimum of 6 hours for a total of $750. If you divide the group in half (more or less) you'd have 6 people in one group and 7 in another, which means each person would pay between $107 and $125 a person. Correct me if I'm wrong, lol.

Looks like Sunday is going to be the day for that one.
As for meals, we know we have the character meal planned. Carnation Cafe will be one meal. Maybe we could do that as a dinner? Either Friday night or Sunday night?
And some wanted to do the Blue Bayou too. Maybe for lunch on Friday?


I'm just tossing out ideas here, but I need input from all of you. I'm not doing any of the tours. I'd fall on my butt if I tried to do the Segway, the VIP is too rich for my blood, and I just did the Walk in Walt's Footsteps. So I really shouldn't be the one to decide when they are, those were just my suggestions. LOL I'd rather those actually going on them have more say in it. I was just trying to space them out so if someone wanted to do more then one tour, they could.

It was good. We just took it on Wed.
It's about 3.5 hours long. It comes with a meal that you get to choose from a menu. It's all sandwiches. Tuna, turkey, ham/cheese, or a fruit and vege platter. You can choose a drink and it comes with cookies.

Honestly, I didn't learn much that I didn't already know. I think most Disney buffs won't learn anything really new. Maybe a few things. You have head sets and get to hear clips of Walt talking which is kind of nice. The best part for us was getting into the lobby of Club 33. That was cool.

We also did the Jungle Cruise, and the Tiki Room. I have some pics that I'll be adding to my TR once I reach that day. The link is in my sig.

All in all, I would recommend it, especially if you have a Deluxe or Premium AP or a Disney Visa and you can get a discount. I know I won't ever need to do it again though. Strictly a one time thing for me.

No problem. Yes, you get a pin. Sorry I forgot that part. It's gold colored and has Walt on it walking through the arch of the castle. I'll post a pic when I can.

We did the tour Wed at 9:30, but you do have to check in about 15 minutes early. You order from the menu when you check in and they have it waiting for you at the end. So for the 2:30 tour then yes, it would be more like a dinner, but I'm guessing the menu would still be the same. You eat next to City Hall in that guided tour pavilion area.
And hmmm, I don't know about a AAA discount. It doesn't list one on their website. But I know you get one for Deluxe and Premium APs and a Disney Visa.

OK, here are the pics of our lunch. I don't have any pics of the pin yet, but I'll get some. We both ordered the roasted turkey sandwiches and they were really good.

Ruben got his with chips and I had fresh fruit. The sandwich is plain and they have mayo and mustard packets you can add to it if you want.
