Well, I went to Southwest deals, choose the hotel only option, put in Anaheim and our dates, and went through the entire list of hotels twice and can't find our hotel. If someone else can, please post a link. I might be blind!

I did email Lorealle not too long ago because someone else thought they saw it cheaper elsewhere, and asked her if we were still getting the best deal. She said for the rooms we have, she can't give us a better deal then that. So.....I dunno.

But I'm all for saving money too, so again if someone can find it cheaper, PLEASE post it for us!! Thanks!!

Well I just spoke with Miss Melody in pm and she said that the rate i just posted was found on southwest.
Also..if i am not mistaken.. when i was on hold yesterday cancelling my reservations..the on hold message said...that Hojo's matched rates.. it might be worth it to see if they would match this one?

As I said before.. i don't know the area or the streets..or the distances.. i know that when i booked our room through that southwest special..we saved quite a bit of money.

I'm not posting this because i own stock in southwest or because i'm wanting anyone to change their reservations. This special just saved us some money and i thought i would pass it on.

I hope it works out.

I appreciate you posting it. And I'm glad you were able to find a good deal for your hotel.

I hope it works out too. As I said, I'm all for saving money. I was just stating that I couldn't find it and was wondering if (hoping) someone else had.

If they are even referring to the Anaheim hotel, I'm certain the rooms through the SWA deal would be NDD1's which are the Double/Double rooms in the pavillion buildings. These don't have the new upgraded beds or a microwave.

Personally, I think we're doing fine with what we have, and when you divide it among roommates, it's a pretty great deal.

Hey All! If any of you are staying the night of the 8th-Sunday, it's available with an entertainment rate of $69 a night. Right now we are getting $84.50 a night! Run! Change your rate! Call 714-776-6120 and ask for the in house reservations department! Lorealle is off today.

OKay, that must be what Lorealle meant when she said we had the best deal "for the rooms we have". I love the nicer beds and I want a microwave, so if that's the case, I'd prefer to stick with what I've got. Thanks for that info!

Like Heather said, RUN! She called and got our rate reduced for Sunday night. We need to check Lorealle's list to see if the other days get added.

Also, I have 2 rooms in my name and since my friends are not coming, if anyone wants to take the other one, I can call and have it put in your name. Please let me know by the end of the week. Otherwise I will call and cancel it.

I just sent Lorealle an email and I called in house reservations. I asked the lady I spoke with if each person had to call and make the change or if all the rooms booked under the Ladies Only Trip can be changed at once to the lower rate.

She said she'd talk to Lorealle (not sure how if she's supposed to be off today) and they'd probably just make the change across the board for each room. She reminded me though that each room needs to have it's own entertainment card. And according to her, as of now, the only part of our trip with the ET rate is that Sunday.

Just passing on what was said. Everyone can call if it makes them feel more comfortable, lol, but I know Lorealle already told me before that if the ET rate became available for any of our dates, she'd give us the lower rate.

Yeah for a better rate! I called and got the EC rate for that night. Thanks Heather!

Hopefully some more nights open up with the EC rate. I'm staying March 2-9 and so far the Wednesday March 4 is the only night I cannot get a good deal (so far it's $115 with an AP discount - so twice as much ). I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it opens up for the EC discount then.

I'm glad Lorealle is watching things, but she has a million things to do also. I like watching myself and calling. It's the thrill of the hunt! I'm sure she'll add it to all of our ressies when she comes back, but my understanding is that the Entertainment rate is only available for so many rooms, and we aren't the only people watching for them. I don't mind calling and again, it gives me a high. I love to save money!

The date shakes are really good. I also love the vanilla ones. We'll have to check it out and see what's going on when we are there.

I hope so!! What's the point of having a shake place with no shakes?

Don't cry! It will be here soon. Do what I'm doing.......working on my trip budget, making packing lists, etc.
Oh, I know! Think of where you are going to spend the money you saved on your hotel room now with the ET rate for that one night!
