Girls North Face help

I ordered a girls North face oso hoodie off of eaby in October for my DD8 for Christmas. It was used and describes as having a "spot" on the back. I recieved it and looked it over, saw the spot but apparently didn't look at the hood. I got it out to wrap and the "spot" on the back is paint. The hood is also splattered with paint. Ahhhh!!! I know it's my fault for not looking at it well enough. Nothing I can do now.

So I now need to either:
1) Get the paint off which I don't think is going to happen, but I am open to suggestions at this point or
2) find another jacket. I need a Medium in blue or green preferably on sale and can ship ASAP. I have had no luck whatsoever, but I am hoping my disfriends can help me out and locate a jacket for me or remove paint miraculously!

My DD has spilled a whole bottle of nail polish on the downstairs sofa and didn't tell me for 2 weeks......I got it out with a paste of Oxy-Clean and water. Might be worth a try...
