Day 3 – Saturday

This was MK day for us. Once again, we didn’t get there as early as planned, but pulled into the TTC at about 9:15, hopped on the monorail and were at the gate before 9:30. The crowds weren’t too bad at this point, but picked up throughout the day.

We went straight to Tomorrowland. Stitch was a walk on so we grabbed Fastpasses for Buzz and went right to Stitch. It was cute, but since I wasn’t a huge fan of this movie, I liked Alien better. It was nice to have at least one ride for just the big kids! We still had a little bit before our turn on Buzz so we went to COP. I just love this attraction and was so glad that it was open! After that, Jen and I grabbed drinks and a snack while Laura ran over to get FPs for Space Mountain, standby on that was already over 30 minutes. We went on Buzz, I KICKED their BUTTS with my all time high score of over 475,000, don’t ask me how I did it, I have NO IDEA!!! Next we went on TTA. As we were going through Space we thought it seemed quiet, then as we rounded the corner we saw that the lights were all one!! It was so neat!! Once we were back outside, the ride stopped…and stayed stopped for 20 minutes!!! It finally started moving again and we could see that they were letting people back into Space. They must have been testing the ride and didn’t want TTA to be going through there while they did.

Since we had time before our Space FP, we went to Fantasyland. There were LOTS of people and strollers…LOTS of strollers. We hopped on Snow White since there was no wait and then ran back over to Space. After that we came back over to Fantasyland….took a look around, and kept going. We checked out all the wait times, grabbed FP’s for Splash and ate some lunch at Pecos Bill’s. For some reason I can’t totally remember what order we did things in, but we did Splash, Pirates, Jungle Cruise, watched the parade, rode Thunder with FP, Haunted Mansion, and Philharmagic (which is my favorite). By this time it was 5, and Cinderellabration was starting at 5:35. We grabbed snacks and parked ourselves near the castle. The show was really cute. After that we shopped and headed out since it was 6:30 and the park was closing at 7. All in all a good day, even though it rained for most of it. True to Disney magic, the only time it completely stopped was during the parade!!

Back at the hotel we hit the hot tub, ordered some pizzas and then went to PI. Other than it being really chilly out we had a great night!! We finally got to bed about 2:30AM.

Tomorrow – MGM and then back to MK for Wishes and late Spectro.
