My cousin just joined VMK but she didn't get any Girl Bling Shirts? How is that possible. Is it just a rumor or is it real? I'm confused

No you have to choose the bling shirt while you make the character. As your picking out your "look" change shirts until you have a bling shirt. You don't just automatically get it.

I guess I have to tell my cuz that she didn't get the bling shirt. But she said. She didn't saw one. Hum...
