Giordano's delivery to Poly?

My DH and I ate at Giordano's in Chicago last Christmas and loved the pizza. We was excited to learn there is a location in Orlando and Lake Buena Vista. According to their website Orlando's delivers but the Lake Buesna Vista does not have a delivery option. Does anyone know if its possible to have the Orlando one deliver to the PoLY? How far is Lake Buena Vista from the Poly? I have no idea about towns around Disney World because we always use ME. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The LBV location is just outside Downtown Disney on 535 and probably a "little" closer than the location on 192. They do deliver in and around Orlando/Kissimmee, but I'd call them to make sure they deliver to the Poly. We have Giordano's pizza at least once on each trip to WDW and we live in Chicago and get it here fairly often too. It's the only pizza we've found in Orlando that we like.

I would agree with the PP. Calling them directly will get you a more definitive answer than what you might get on this board. Enjoy!

We have had Giodano's deliver to OKW in the past. We, too, eat there once each trip. Love that deep-dish pizza they serve. Nothing like it.

If they deliver to OKW, then I'm assuming they'd deliver to SSR?

We had it delivered to the Polynesian, but it was several years ago. I remember it was quite a trial to get an order in, i.e., we called one location and they referred us to the other then the second location referred us back to the original location. Ultimately, we got a pizza and it was delivered.

I have to admit though--for all the raves, we were less than impressed. This year we had Papa John's two fer deal. . .it was fast, hot, and tasty! The Giordano's we received was cold, congealed and tasted like cardboard. Take that for what it's worth--I know people rave about Giordano's on the boards--it just didn't work for us the time we ordered it.

We have had Giordano's deliver to both the Wilderness Lodge and Pop Century in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. I can't recall which location we called to order. Hope this helps.

We had it delivered to the Poly this past September. Don't remember which location, but if I'm not mistaken in the phone book one of them has a bigger ad..? I dunno, just call. They'll tell you.

Anyway, at the Poly the driver called when she was getting near, and we just met her right in front of the main building. It was no problem at all.

I agree. We love it. My Dh insists on having Giordono's pizza once each trip. He has already asked me if they will deliver to PO. Anyone know?

OMG! We love Chicago style pizza! Although we have never had Giordanos we LOVE Gino's! I guess I don't leave Disney property enough! We may have to try this either in 4 weeks or in December! YUMMY!

They deliver to Pop Century. I called the wrong one first, but they gave me the number for the right one.

The are not allowed to deliver to the rooms, so you have to meet them in the lobby. The delivery guy called my cell phone when he arrived.



He got an extra $5 from me simply because he was Brazilian. I cannot resist that accent.

You have to order the deep dish pizza to see what all the raves are about. Don't bother ordering the thin stuff.

I think Giordanos is only good if you eat it at the restaurant. Don't know why but it has to be eaten right away then it's YUMMY!!!

We order Giordano's each time we stay at WDW. Once we get the delivery from the lobby, we immediately put it into the pre-heated oven to warm up, I hate cold pizza. The deep dish is really good, and but if you don't like the deep dish, the thin is good too.

We eat there on the day of our arrival in Orlando, the night before we check into our WDW Resort. They are super close, just outside of DTD. Their pizza is sooooo good!
