When should I call to make arrangements to have something waiting for my son when we arrive?

Jane at Gifts of a Lifetime was great!

I contacted her a little over two and a half weeks before our arrival and she had the gift basket I requested delivered to the Lodge the day before we arrived and it was delivered within moments of us walking into our room.

Check out her website periodically, I did notice that in September, she was on vacation and out of the office for a bit and unless your order was in before that, for the time she was away, she wouldn't have been able to help. Makes sense but just wanted to give you that heads up incase you waited to the last minute as I did.

She provides a nice service and does so with great help and efficiency.

You can email her at jane@giftsofalifetime.com. Send her a note saying when you're comming and ask when to arrange it. That way if there is something cvomming up, or its a particular busy time of the year, she'll be able to tell you.
