Hello fellow DISers just wanted to know if any of you guys have ever tried Gifts of a lifetime they plan surprise events for you at the Disney parks I was thinking of surprising DH, if so please tell me your experience with them TIA

I haven't used this either, but have been wondering about it as well. I hope that someone post soon.

I have used Jane's services for 3 different occasions. I have nothing but high praise for her and her "pixies"!

We decided to visit WDW for our 20th anniversary which falls on 12/27. I had Jane decorate our room as a surprise. We returned from MVMCP to a room decorated with a tree, lights. stockings, etc. On our anniversary, DH and DS were surprised by a scavenger hunt around Epcot. We still watch the video and enjoy reliving the day.

For DS's birthday, a couple of years later, we did another event which was another success.

I prefer not to give too many details because Jane frequently uses a basic structure for her events and I don't want to ruin it for anyone. If you want more info, feel free to pm me.

We enjoyed GOAL so much, we have volunteered to help out as pixies on our next trip! Jane is a pleasure to work with (as are all of her staff!
Hi Pat!!! )
Give her a call!

I used them in 2005 for my Dh and DS birthday they share the same day so I wanted to do something extra extra special. Gifts of a lifttime put together a scavanger hunt for them with a Toy story theme it started with a mean kid threw Mr Potato head all over the Magic Kingdom.....we need your help to put him back together. It was a lot of fun with each hint taking us to another place and we would gain another piece of Poor Mr Potato Head. It ended up at the lockers where they were supposed to rec their gift. I already purchased seperatly a Race Car driving experience for DH so all that they need to do was put a gift for DS and a certificate telling DH about his gift. All well and good but when we opened the locker no gift for DS :confused3 candy and balloons fell out and DH got his gift. I turned around and they were right their :confused3 giving hugs (so I asked quietly) so they gave DS their Mickey Mouse ears hat :confused3
I look back on it and if I had to do It again I would pass just because ....well I wanted I to be more magical.... I was note happy with the ending, It took all the magic away, my son new who did it, they were peeking from behind the lockers.....:confused3 and with the simple fact that they forgot it was my DS Birthday too:headache:

I just don't know if its worth it we will be at Magic Kingdom for one day and that is the day of the Scavenger Hunt it seems nice but just not sure its worty it:confused:..

The Scavenger Hunt took a few hours we did it when we had a few days at MK. I know my kids want to go on the rides the first Park day :) I think they do other things that would not take up park time

I'm not sure how many times you've visited, but if I only had one day at MK, I wouldn't do anything in addition to just visiting and enjoying the park.
