Gifts At Resorts

I was watching a Disney holiday show on the food network last night and they said a disney resort florist could make up a customized gift for you. The show didn't say if they were available in stores or for delivery. They had small trees and stockings. Does anyone know how to get one of these before I call Disney Florist to order a gift? Does anyone know if Disney florist has a special gift for Christmas like they had for Halloween?
