Has anyone booking on points this December received the email for the $500 gift card for $395 or the $1000 gift card for $695? Is there any way for DVC to get that offer?

I just got an e-mail for my 12/5 BWV arrival, this was not mentioned.

I thought that was a Disney package type offer. So if so, DVC reservations on points would not be eligible, just like free dining or the 4/3.

See, I guess I'm disappointed in this one. I get the 4/3 and even the free dining. You are buying that deal. The merchandise card though is an extra offer after the fact to get 30% off of merchandise. I would understand if it was offered at the time of package purchase, but as a pretrip option I'm disappointed that DVC misses out on this one.

I understand what you're saying, but you're still not spending any money on a resort so I guess that's why DVC members wouldn't get the offer (assuming that no one has -- I don't know that for a fact).
