I know there have been a ton of these types of threads, so I'll add one more. ;)

Does anyone have a suggestion for a gift for an intelligent 7 year old boy with no arms?

My parents are visiting friends later this month and would like to bring something for their child. They have not seen him since he was 3, so baby gifts were much easier to find something that worked for him.

I have girls and am not great at coming up with good gift ideas.

Depends on his capabilities. Does he have prosthetics(??)? Does he use his feet to do many things that most of us do with our hands?

How about a board game? Obviously either he would need help moving pieces or if he has other ways to do it you would need to know.

Music might be a good idea - a CD (Jonas Brothers or Camp rock CD) or a DVD - new Chipmunks movie??

That's the issue. They just really don't know.

They had lost touch with the family, so they don't exactly know his abilities. They just moved back a few hours away so my parents are going to see them next month.

My kids play with little things like legos and puzzles, but I didn't want to suggest something and then have him disappointed if he can't use it.

Music or movies are good ideas. I was just thinking more of something that can be played with. Maybe a remote control car? Any suggestions for something with easy controls?
