gift ideas?

I am doing my field practicum in a first grade class this semester and the teacher has been great! My friend and I are both in her class and we were talking about getting her a little gift at the end of the semester as a thank you for all the help she has given us...
I know she loves penguins...other than that, we have no clue..any ideas?
