Gift Ideas for my Mom?

My mom is really hard to buy for...I've gotten her things I thought she'd like, things she needed, things I thought she wouldn't like (figured I'd give something new a try)...nothing seems to work out.

Anyway we are going to Disney in the middle of January so I'd like to buy her something specifically for our trip. Maybe something Disney themed, or even something useful for travel.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Maybe a nice tote bag to carry in the parks? Or a Disney gift card to use as spending money during the trip? On the higher end, does she need a new camera? Maybe a comfortable travel outfit that can be worn with layers like stretchy pants and a sweatshirt? Perhaps a travel kit stocked with small bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc.? If you're flying to WDW - perhaps something she can use on the plane like a neck pillow, books, snacks (kind of like an airplane survival kit - you can even add hand sanitizer, wipes, etc.).

Then there's always the old fallback - a Snuggie!;)

haha, thanks for the suggestion. The airplane survival kit is a good idea.

On an unrelated note, in the office where i work my desk is under a vent and it blows cold air nonstop. It's torture...So I was wrapped in a blanket today and I sent my DH a text telling him I was going to buy a Snuggie for work.

He sent me a reply saying don't tempt me :rotfl2: While it would keep me warm, I think snuggies at work are a definate don't!

Well, I'd think your company would rather you sit around in a Snuggie and be productive rather than freezing or, worse, making them fix the vent!!!

I secod the comfy travel outfit idea-- a nice zip up and yoga pants would be comfy for the plaen and she could certainly use them again. I also like the airplane survival kit-- I'm doing one of those for my brother and his girlfriend for Christmas (they're going to Ireland in January). They're getting individual gifts, and then the basket will have snacks for the plane/during the trip, sudoku books, gum for popping ears when the plane's landing, a couple of magazines, gift cards for fast food at the airport, sleep masks to block out light on the plane, hand sani, chap stick. I got most of this from the Dollar Tree for next to nothing-- I think I might add small blankets if I can find them cheaply enough at the Christmas Tree Shop. Everything will be used, and everyone loves digging through a basket!
Or, for your trip-- how about a Vera Bradley hipster for the parks? I love mine!
