make them cookies : ) or the easiest thing in the world, chocolate bark. Get a bunch of bags of chocolate chips ( not white chocolate, they don't melt well) or candy melts and then either nuts, or ande mint pieces or m&m's or whatever. Lay down some wax paper. Melt your chocolate chips ( in a double boiler) and pour on the wax paper. Then sprinkle your choice of decoration. ( m&m's etc)
Or you can take the Ande's pieces, melt them and when the first layer of melted chocolate hardens, pour the meltd ande's pieces over them, careful not to stir too much and you will have layed chocolate mint bark. They have green and brown and i've seen white and red. To gift it , you have options, wrap it in more wax paper and tie a ribbon and tag or get gift bags or boxes from the dollar store.
