gift certificates???

Does anyone know if it is possible to give a gift certificate that can be used at disney restaurants?

Yes, gift certificates are available at guest relations in the parks. If you will not be in the parks before you want to give the gift, an alternative might be to make a PS at a particular restaurant for your recipient and then give them a card with the PS information and enough Disney Dollars to cover the average price for their meal.
