This past Sunday, I called and reserved 2 rooms for mid-August. The CM I talked to told me that I qualify for 2 $100 gift cards to be given to me at check-in. I was thrilled!
However, when I received a confirmation e-mail, there was no mention of the gift certificates.
My question is this..if you qualify for the cards, shouldn't your confirmation state this?? I'm worried she made a mistake and the $100 gift cards were for another time.
