Most grocery stores or big box stores sell them. You can buy them on Shop Disney or even on line from Target.

Target - with a Target Red Card. That gets you a 5% discount and you can even get them on-line.

I do like getting them from ShopDisney... as those e-cards have the additional option to add them to your digital wallet. If you like paying with your phone it's a nice option, but it's via the bar code not tap and pay. But it only show the initial balance on the digital card - no running total or current balance. But card can be reloaded via the DisneyGiftCards website (check balances, move balances from one card to another).
