What resteraunts do not accept disney gift cards as pmts?

I don't specifically know of any, but if any - it would be the restaurants that don't accept the DDP I think -- ones that aren't owned by Disney and that's not too many.

Also -- I'm talking about a regular gift card you have purchased. The gift cards they gave for the birthday promotion this year were different and were for merchandise, not food. But we have purchased and used gift cards even at all the kiosks during Food and Wine, so they are accepted most places.

6. At the Walt Disney World® Resort, the Disney Gift Card can be redeemed at select merchandise, food, ticketing and Guest Service locations, select third party lessees and Downtown Disney® District Operating Participant locations. The Disney Gift Card can be redeemed towards payment of a Walt Disney World® Resort Hotel room night or reservation. The Disney Gift Card is not accepted, at McDonalds®, Jellyrolls, Rainforest Café®, and the Richard Petty Driving Experience.
