Gift Cards from Target/Ebates?

I've tried twice in the past 3 weeks and it won't give me any ebates credit back. Anyone have luck recently? I'm trying to buy the $100 disney gift cards.

Gift cards are listed as an exclusion on the Ebates website. However, if you add an item to your order that is eligible, then Ebates pays cash back on the entire order, gift cards included. Four times in the last month I've purchase $500 in ebay gift cards from Target.com and added either a 2.99 kitchen towel, a 1.99 placemat, etc., and received the 1.5% cash back on the total order. Other people have done the same with an inexpensive clothing item. Just make sure it's one of the eligible items. Ebates has a long list of items that are excluded.

Ah, I see. Thanks. I thought I heard the disney cards are classified differently so they don't see them as a gift card. I will try adding something else in.

Disney cards are classified as entertainment cards, so they are eligible for the 5% Red Card discount, but I haven't had any luck getting Ebates to credit cashback on them.
