Gift Cards for sale <cheaper>

My DH saw a segment on our local news about websites where people can sell gift cards that they are no going to use for a discounted price. Has anyone had any experiece with this and if so, which website did you use?

I haven't used these sites yet but I did see this in a magazine a few months ago: Giftcardrescue and plasticjungle. HTH!

I used plasticjungle.

Got the agreed upon check in the mail. No problems.

I got about 80 cents on the dollar. That was much better for me than having to kick in my own money to purchase anything that I wanted from the card issuer.

The site makes you an offer what percentage of face value they will pay you. If you don't like the rate you can just exit the site. If you agree, there is an address label you can print for sending your card to them. When they get your card they mail you a check. It took less than 10 days total turnaround time for me and that was right at Christmas time.
