Hey all, I'm sure with all of your extremely in depth knowledge of all things Disney and such that you're probably already aware of this, but thought I'd post it for the lurkers out there who probably aren't as knowledged, such as my wife and myself.

We had booked the buy 4 get 3 package which was supposed to include the $200 gift card for our vacation that we just finished up on. We had been on the phone several times with the WDW Travel Company updating information and such to get everything right, and verified several times that our package had been set up correctly. However, when we got to our resort, we were surprised to not see the gift card in our welcome packet. Asked the person checking us in about it, who then had to go find a manager. The manager then came out all high-speed and such, very red-faced and yelling at us about not being aware that our package had been booked incorrectly and that we should've been aware that the wrong package codes had been used and all other sorts of things.

We continued to ask if there was anything that she, or anyone could do for us to help us out a bit, since our vacation budget was hinging on this gift card pretty heavily, and she just continued to berate us about not knowing.

Anyways, enough about her, I could go on for a while about Lisa. . .

But called several different options, and the answer was the same all across the board, that they wouldn't do anything because we were already checked in. So, I implore you to do everything you can to make sure that your vacation is booked accurately, and if there's something that you're expecting to be getting included in your package (we also didn't get our free 5x7 certificate that we were supposed to get) make sure you get it in some sort of writing before you arrive on property (or check in online, I suppose)

And even more so, if you're at Pop Century, and someone says that they're going to get a manager, respectfully request that it's not Lisa.

Wow, sorry to hear this happened.
I've seen other's post that it also happened.
I would write too WDW, not e-mail or phone and tell them what happened.
