Gift Card use at Disney's HHI Resort?

Help please-I bought my sister in law a Disney gift card for her birthday to use when we go to Hilton Head in June.
I was 99.9% sure we can use gift cards at the store there, but now I am second guessing myself. If we can't, I need to run out and get her something else asap.

In the least, she can charge to the room and pay off the room charges with the gift card. I think you'll be fine.

Well, I gave it to her tonight, so here's hoping. LOL She's going to WDW in Dec., so if necessary she can wait until then to use it. LOL
