Gift Card Question

I received a gift card for my birthday and I went to enter online. It said it didn't process and when I tried to enter it again it said there was no balance. I call Disney reservation They said it isn't on there. I called the number on the Disney card and they told me it is after hours and I have to call back tomorrow. Has this happened to any one else?

Never had it happen... Does it have all 16 digits visible? If not, did you scratch the stuff off to get the last 4 digits of the card?

Yes it took the card but didn't post $25. on my acct. and now the balance says zero on the card. It's like the money is floating into internet space.

go back to the website and see if the incomplete order is there and try to clear it and try clearing your cookies. the money is floating somewhere linked to the order or purchase and you may be able to fix it yourself by doing so.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the gift cards to activate...was the card freshly purchased?
