I have gotten several gift cards for different places for my next trip to Disney. My question is, is there a limit to the number of gift cards you can use in a single transaction? I dont want to pay for a meal with a bunch of small gift cards, but I would like to be able to pay for the room and stuff I charge back to it. Where I work we can only take a total of 3 payment options.

Or could I add all my gift card money to one gift card?

Thanks!

No limit to how many gift cards you can use in one transaction.

Unfortunately, you can't add it all up onto one gift card (at least at the park). You might be able to online.

Can't load them up on one card from the phone either. Another DIS member tried earlier this week and was told it couldn't be done.

You can put the gift cards on your room account and then use your room key to "charge" the meal. I like to put them on account as soon as I check in so I don't forget about it when I am leaving--but, you can also use your gift cards after you have already charged stuff to the room.

ETA: It appears my statement is outdated. Thanks Laurawill.

If you call the number on the back of the Disney gift cards during normal business hours then you will reach a department that can consolidate balances. If you call on the weekends or not between 8-5 on weekdays, then you get another department that will tell you it is not possible.

I tried today and was told they can't/won't do it. I called at 9:40 am PST on a Monday. Maybe they used to do it and can't anymore. :confused3
