can I use my disney gift cards for purchasing DDP at check in?

If I remember correctly you have to add DDP before you check in...and it has to be paid in full before you check in. I will look through my guidebooks in case someone else doesn't come up with the answer quickly.

Okay 2007 Passporter says you have to contact Disney or your TA at last one day prior to arrival to add DDP. Sorry don't know about the gift card. Will keep looking.

I see you're a DVC member--if you're staying on points, then you do pay for the DDP at check in. Here's a link about Disney Gift Card usage:
