Gift baskets in rooms?

We have some friends who are going down to WDW next week and staying Poly concierge. This is their first trip (parents and kids) and we wanted to do something special for them. I know other people have mentioned having some type of gift basket waiting in the room when they arrive. Do the resorts do this or an outside company? We were thinking some snacks, maybe a couple Disney things (autograph books, pens, etc.), balloons and possibly a couple of autographed pictures for the kids. Does anyone have any info on how I can get this done? They are arriving on Sunday evening (the 16th) Thanks!!!

Keep in mind that the basket will likely NOT be in the room when they arrive, rather there will be a message for them to call the desk about a delivery when they arrive.

I thought Feralpeg had posted on the CB a few weeks ago that she was closing down her business. Otherwise, I would have definitely ordered from her. Her baskets were so cute!!

Gift baskets and flowers that we have ordered or that have been ordered for us have always been in our room before we have checked into it when ordered from WDW Florist.

We've had hit and miss experiences with the Disney Florist and items being in teh room already. Only about 70% of the time this has occured. i think it also depends on the resort.

A few minutes ago I order a birthday basket from Disney florist to be delivered on wed to DD in Orlando this week. They are pricy.
