We will be arriving to Orlando‘s airport at approximately 7 PM on February 13. We’re staying at Saratoga Springs and plan on walking over to Disney Springs. I’ve seen that Gideons always has a virtual wait, but with this even be an option that evening? We don’t have any reservations for that evening, but will there be some places available to walk up and grab something to eat? Thanks and advance.

Disney Springs offers lots of dining without requiring reservations. Our favorites are Polite Pig (bbq) - inside and outside seating. Earl of Sandwich - inside and outside dining. Chicken Guy - outdoor death g. There are plenty, including food trucks.

You'll be getting there pretty late, so there is a risk that the virtual queue will have been closed for the day but you just never know. Sometimes it's a 4 hours long virtual queue, sometimes it's 30 minutes in person. If it's important, go there first before stopping anywhere else.

There are tons of restaurants you can walk up to (unlike Disney owned spots, most hold space for walk-ups) or you can grab quick service.
