ive herd rumors bout ghosts being in the haunted mansion, pirates of the carribean and walkin round MK just wondered if anyone has had experiances of these???????????? xxx aw:

Watch the Travel Channel - Most Haunted or Weird Travels tv show.
I have never seen WDW mentioned - but the show does exhibit possible ghosts.

Fun Ghosts at WDW ...
The Haunted Mansion is a kooky, spooky, ghoulish good time. Ghost hosts lead passengers on doombuggy tours, which are packed with ghoulish activity and sure to amaze even the least-spookable park-goer. Tours take visitors up creaking stairs, past mysteriously moving suits of armor and by a very ghostly ballroom. Thrills and chills peak as the doombuggies travel past the library, music room, parlor and graveyard. Keep an eye out for a mysterious, reappearing raven, and beware of the hitchhiking ghosts!

I've heard the rumor that in the POC that some one name George I think that was the name, I think died during the building of it. So supposely when your in the ride if you call out his name the ride usually stops. Never tried it tho. Let us know if it works when your there. Have fun

There could be an extra, real ghost in the Haunted Mansion ride as one of the guests, a female, in her teens IIRC, decided it would be fun to try and jump from car to car, scaring her friends...well it didn't turn out well and who knows if her ghost is lurking...not that anyone would notice one extra ghost past the 999 ghosts there.

I thought I had heard something about a lil boy who died at the HM. something about ppl being able to see him calling for his mommy.... I forget where i read it, maybe over at doombuggies

We toured MK on Walt's birthday last year. POC was our first ride of the day and we were the only two people in our boat. This definitely makes the ride a lot spookier!! I had read on here about "George" and had the legend at least confirmed by a former CM. Well, we didn't take any chances that morning. We made sure to say "hello" and "good morning" to George and, on the way out, said "goodbye". Supposedly, if you pay him this little homage, you will have a smooth ride. Not sure if it made a difference, but we did not encounter any other-worldly happenings that morning.

supposidly Cm's have to say goodmorning to George when its switched on, and goddnight when they close down for the night, if they don't the rie will experience problems. i've read on another thread that in the jail scene, if the door behind the dog is open it means George is in a mischeivious mood.
As for calling for George, you're meant to shout "George" three times during the fire scene, and he will making his presence known........

Another version of the George urban legend states that if you say "I don't beleive in George" while on the ride, it will break down in some way. I'm sure there are as many versions of this legend as there are tourists who repeat it.

my girl friend worked for ak mk for three years she did the colege program in ak and the other three in the mk. she siad when the would close the huanted mation they would move the dining tables plates around. and when they would come pack in the morning to reopen the plates would be put back the way you see them. she siad after they close there is nobody in there. to have moved the plates back. thats the way i think she explaned it.

But the last time we were there are little grandbaby who is 5 keep talking and playing with this little person she said his name is Johnny and for awhile even after we got home she still was playing with him then one day she said he went back to the hotel. I said how old is Johnny and is 9 she said. It was a little scary, We are going again in Sept 2006 so If she say's anything about him I am changeing floor's.

Are you friggin' kidding me?! Did you do any research to find out a little more info about this rumor? Who is this child? And if someone did die, and his name was Johnny - oh, my God! That is too weird - you have to get more info! If you do, PM me or post with the details!
