GFC or The Wave

for breakfast on our "off" day? Which would you choose?

I ate at the Wave, I chose the buffet and I have to say it was no different than any other breakfast buffet at Disney. I did, however see people ordering plates of food off the menu and it looked great. Grand Fla Cafe I have only eaten dinner at, their french onion soup is the best in any place in the World, even France. I like the ambiance of GFC better.
Have you considered Kona Cafe? To me, they are my fave place for sit down breakfast, Fresh Kona coffee, or pressed pot of coffee, the Tonga Toast or any other breakfast platter is delicious.And the atmosphere is great!

The Grand Floridian Café. There really isn't any meal that I would choose the Wave over GFC, but breakfast especially is a no-brainer for me. Their specialty items are all delicious and the dining room is so much more beautiful, relaxing and visually interesting than that of the Wave. Since I haven't had breakfast at the Wave since they introduced the buffet, I'll refrain from commenting on their menu's specifics, but I will say that it doesn't interest me enough to try it again.
