Hi :)

I'm pretty much assuming this would not be a great venue for two little ones. Am I right? Even though it's Disney I don't want to make a faux-pas and ruin anyone else's experience.

Thanks!

They do have a special "tea" for children (it's chocolate milk) but it sounds like your two might be too young even for that - how young are they? If they're at the toddler stage and they want to get up and roam around it may not be the best venue for them. I am not sure I would recommend it for toddlers.

It's a small room, very quiet, very elegant. Without knowing the ages and temperaments of your little ones, I'd say that it would depend on whether they can sit quietly for the duration, whether you'd be willing to take them out for a walk if they got rambunctious, whether it would be fun for them to sit quietly, and whether it would be fun for you to be taking a break from your tea to take them out for a bit. :)

There were no children of any age in there last year when my friend and I had tea there. It was quiet enough in there that I was uncomfortable. :rotfl:

Depending on the childs ages they might like the Wonderland Tea party while you enjoy an adult tea at the GF. Dd has done it a few times and LOVES it, she had fun, I had fun, everyones happy!

The wonderland tea party is in the same room as the 1900 Park Fare dinner on the main floor of the GF. They decorate a cupcake, has a special surprise for the adults and generally laugh alot!

Thanks everyone!

Since my little ones will be about 20 months I think they are just too young for a tea party of any kind this time.

Maybe we can do it next time, or maybe it can be a mommy/daughter outing while brother and daddy do something else sometime. So much to look forward to :lovestruc

I would skip it this time unless you have your heart set on an elegant tea room experience. There is so much to look foreword to, savor every moment, they will be big before you can snap your fingers!
