Since several of by BM's are now bringing dates we have 5 of us who need a hotel room. Can we all fit on one standard room of the GF? I would hate to spend another 1000 to fit one extra person.

I just got back from staying there this weekend with my family....

We stayed in the GF and had 5 people. It was 2 double beds & this day bed type thing that my brother slept on. Only thing is I'm not sure if its a Standard Room bc we where in the Conierge (spelling?) Level (Sugarloaf building).

I do know they have rooms to sleep 5 so I would call and see what you could find out. Dont forget to tell them your a bride & you might get upgraded for free! It was my brother's B'day & we got a free upgrade!

Yes, the standard rooms sleep 5 - just dont' ask for a king bed, those rooms are few and far between, but sleep 3.

While they do sleep 5 I can't imagine an adult sleeping on that daybed. It's fine for a kid but not large enough for an adult. Also, they charge you a fee per adult per night for each adult over the first 2 adults. So the 3 adults will cost you I believe $10-$20 extra each per night. To have more room and another bathroom I would just book 2 rooms. Here's a link to a picture of the daybed:

good point - I think it is $20 ppn for the extra 3 adults, but since the bathrooms have double sinks separate from the shower, I still don't know if I'd pay $400 for an extra room!

That is what I am having a hard time justifying. 3 of the girls I am staying with are super quick at getting ready, so we wouldnt really need 2 bathrooms and also our wedding is late at night. We do not have room in our budget for another $400 room for 4 nights.

Are you a wishes bride? If you are don't they offer a discount on the room? If not then how about another discount? AAA, AP, room only code? Sometimes they do offer some good deals, at least less than $400. I'm just thinking that everyone will want to get a good night sleep before the wedding and I'm feeling bad for that adult that has to sleep on that daybed!LOL:lmao: I do totally understand the cost being a bit much, especially if it's for 4 nights. Will all 5 adults be in that room for all 4 nights? Maybe just book the extra room for the night before the wedding.:confused3

I am a wishes bride. Our discount is nice, but its 356.64 a night with tax and I just have a hard time justifying paying that for one person, plus we just do not have anymore room in our budget at all. I would just do it for one night, but I don't know if we can even fit for a few days. Maybe I will be able to look at a room the next time we go to disney.

We had 5 adults in a GF room and it wasn't a problem. One of my bridesmaids slept on the daybed (she was 22 and about 5'8) and she seemed fine. :)
