GF reservation question

I reserved a garden view room at GF in July under the GP code, paid my deposit and received the conf number. We are leaving tomorrow and I received a final confimation notice on e-mail yesterday that had a link that I could view my ressie. When I pulled it up it has us staying in a:

Deluxe- King-Club Level (BP) that is almost twice the price that I paid for a GV room.

Am I just crazy or were we upgraded? Will it be for sure at no extra cost? What is a Deluxe King Club Level room? I am assuming it will be in the Big Pine Key building.

Anyone?

Sounds like you got upgraded to the main building concierge. I have read several reports in the past couple weeks of this happening. Club level is definitely concierge - either main building or Sugar Loaf, but the only deluxe king rooms I know of are in the main building. I don't think there are any deluxe king rooms in SL.

Lucky you!!! I hope it's what it looks like. If it is, you are in for an extra special treat. Royal Palm Club is fantastic.

Deluxe King is the room that was previously called the Honeymoon room in the main building. Sounds like an upgrade to me! Lucky you.. I've stayed in those rooms and they are wonderful. Have a great trip!

Ask for a "turret room" if it's available! There are two types of Deluxe King rooms. One is a regular size room with a king poster bed and balcony facing the castle. The other is a turret style room with an octagon shape. While the turret rooms don't have balconies, they are huge and have large windows. Have a great trip!!
