We have ADR's for GF dinner (1900 park is closed while we are there) and Akershus Princess dinner. We have not been to either so looking for opinions. We don't know which one to do with our 3 1/2 year old dd.:confused3

They are both different.. and both fun for a 3 year old. The grand Floridian one is great because Prince Charming is there and he is a hard one to find. The food has always been great as a buffet but its not a buffet while its being remodeled. Akershus is a lot of fun too because you see so many princesses. We go each year and have a great time. We have even seen Cinderella there but thats rare. Service has always been great for us as has character interaction. The food is not that crazy so even picky eaters can find something. Personally I would do both ( and we are this June) but if I had to choose I would decide what you want.. Prince Charming and Cinderella for sure.. or several other princesses.

Akershus will give you the most Princesses for your $$. All the other princess meals throw in Princes, Fairy Godmothers, mice from Cinderella etc. If you mainly want princesses head to Norway. Also, going to Akershus gives your kids a reason besides Donald to let you enjoy World Showcase.

FYI we have never been to Akershus without seeing Cinderella

We did both last trip and will be doing both this year as well. The food and atmosphere is different at both places. Akershus is just princesses of which we did see Cinderella there. The dinner at GF you will get to meet the prince and the mice and we've always met the Fairy Godmother while waiting to be seated and we met Belle as well in the lobby when we left. If you want multiple princesses though go for Akershus. I know my DD who was 3 at the time didn't care for the Mice, she was very particular of the non-human characters she would meet at that age.

Thanks...I guess we will have to do both because I can't decide. They both sound great!
