GF Pool Question

At the Poly volcano pool, there are showers & lockers. Is there anything like that at the GF? We usually do a park the last day but thought we would change it up by just doing the pool/relaxing thing. Would like a quick shower before heading to the airport. If there is one, which pool is it at, main or beach? Any other info on the subject would be great. Hairdryers???

Not sure what time your flight is, but you can ask about late check-out the day before you are leaving. Many times, they'll let you stay in your room until 1pm. If you're staying later, there are showers and lockers at both the pools. I've used the changing facilities at the theme pool and they were very nice. Unfortunately, I can't remember if they had a hair dryer. Another option is the spa. There's no fee for GF guests. They have completely stocked changing areas (including hair dryers) and it's only a few minutes walk from the pool.

According to your signature I see you're staying at POR and Poly during your stay. You will not be able to use the pool at the GF, this is considered pool hopping. Sorry!!::cop:

NOW...if you're talking about another trip altogether and you are staying at the GF, then nevermind!

Tammi, this sounds like a good option for us (DGD and me) as we will be at the pool prior to our spa appointment. Just want to make sure that there is a shower available at the spa, as we will probably want to shower before our massages

Thanks for that idea TAMMIMcMan. Honestly would never have thought of that! I guess I could have done that 2 weeks ago because we stayed at the Poly. You always learn something on these boards!
