Hi all,

I am considering GF MB concierge for 6 nights Oct '05 for our 10th anniversary. We would need a two queen room as we have 2 DD's.

Questions are

1) are all the views the same as on the price lists I have seen there is no garden / lagoon view etc. quoted. or is it just luck depending on the room you get ?

2) Is it nice and quiet in these rooms ?

3) are these rooms discounted if and when AP rates are released ?

Thanks in advance

Alec

Hi,

Yes all the main building views are the same price. You can put in a request with your concierge pre-planner if you'd like something in particular. Your choices would be Magic Kingdom, Courtyard/Garden or Lagoon.

The only rooms that you might have a noise issue with are those that are closest to the lounge. You would probably get a lot of hallway traffic here. Other than that, we've been in 3 different areas of the main building and never had a problem.

Last January we got a discounted room with the winter dream maker package. I've read that others have received AAA and AP discounts, but they are few.

I was able to get an AP discount during mid-December last year (value season) on a honeymoon main building concierge room. Boy was I thrilled! :teeth:

Our room was located right in the main lobby area, and the only noise we encountered was being able to hear the orchestra playing every night (it was soft and not a bother when awake, but if you were trying to sleep it might be a small problem). Enjoy your stay!
