GF Lobby Makeover?

Does anyone have any updates on the scheduled construction/maintenance that's scheduled for the GF lobby this summer? I spoke to Rosie yesterday on my floral and pics and when I mentioned i wanted a pic on the GF Staircase she said I should be able to do it becuase the stairs should still be in tact then Anyone recieved more detail from your planner? My wedding is April 29, she said nothing was starting until May 1.

Anyone know exactly what is planned? I love the way the GF looks now! I am planning my whole VR at the GF because we love the decor so much I would hate for it to have a drastic change.

oh no! our wedding is may 8th and I was hoping for some staircase shots when we go over to Citricos in the evening.

You know, I saw a clause for this in my contract but didn't think much of it at the time. Figured it had something to do with the fact that they so recently renovated their rooms. I wonder how long the updates will take? I would hope they way Disney does stuff not too long. I feel for any brides close to that date I know I'm hoping to get pics there myself come Dec.
