GF club level at Universal?

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this question, but I am hoping it is ok since the gluten free knowledge on this board is outstanding. I also posted this question over on the Universal board but it seems like a much smaller group over there

So we are trying US for the 1st time to check out Harry Potter. My DD12 has celiac and we were thinking of doing club level if they can provide any GF options for her.

Does anyone here have any experience with GF options at the club level at Universal?
