GF CL view question

Hi everyone!
My family and I are considering a stay in Sugarloaf but I have a question. My two year old son LOVES watching the monorail....would we be able to see the monorail from any of the rooms in Sugarloaf? I'm still looking around on TP's room finder but thought I'd come to the experts.

Yes, there are a handful of rooms in Sugar Loaf, which face the marina, that catch a glimpse of the monorail. But it's just a glimpse.

Hi there. The monorail is visible from ‘some’ SL rooms that face the marina. This was my view looking right from Room 6317 this past April. Third floor, towards the middle of the building. You could see high MK fireworks from here as well (they would be more to the right out of the frame of this pic).



This is the view when you turn left, FWIW.


Here’s a general layout of the SL building from Touringplans. My room was the red one.


Note, you can’t control (book) your view in SL. You can only make requests, which while Disney generaly does their best to accommodate, requests are not guaranteed. I had actually requested the opposite view (facing the Courtyard Pool) and got this room.

I did a LOT of research about SL rooms and views before our stay. Happy to answer any questions.
