GF CL or AKL CL?

We would like to do one night before our cruise and have narrowed it down to GF or AKL concierge! Which would you chose? and why?? We haved stayed at poly CL several times and have decided to try something new! (we have stayed at both GF and AKL just not CL)! Please help us!

We have done both GF concierge and AKL concierge. There is no comparison between the two, AKL concierge is outstanding, GF concierge...personally I would rather stay at all stars with no concierge.

We have also talked personally with other resorts guests who have done both..always the same, everyone preferred AKL concierge and would never do GF concierge again.

Are you planning on visiting a park that day or is it simply to enjoy the resort? As it's only one day, I'd decide on which benefits you the most. If you plan on visiting MK, I'd go with the GF as to not use up any valuable time on transportation. If visiting AK is in your plans, go with AKL. If parks don't come into play, I'd choose based on which themeing you prefer.

Personally, I need to see the castle when I'm at Disney. I tried to stay away from the MK resorts and it just didn't feel right to me. I like being more centrally located. Even if we aren't doing any parks, I can still take the monorail or the resort boat around and be within distance of 2-3 other resorts. I've not had the same GF experience as Webray and we return to their concierge level quite often. I've also heard wonderful things about the AKL cl though and if you're looking for some get-away time before the cruise, that's an excellent choice.
