GF at POR

We will be returning to POR in October but this year I will be planning for my DD who now is GF. Can anyone give me personal experience with the food court? Do they have GF mickey waffles or pancakes? What about muffins or other desserts from the pastry counter. Do they have GF pasta for the build your own pasta bowl or GF pizza? Chicken tenders?
