GF at Narcoosees or Citricos?

We will be staying at the grand Floridian for my birthday and trying to decide between Narcoosees and Citricos for dinner. Which has better gluten free offerings? We do not eat much seafood. Thanks!

We went to Citricos last June for my birthday and it was amazing!!

I am not just gluten free. I am also allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, dairy, soy, shellfish, oats, sesame, sunflower seeds, honey, thyme, ginger, bananas, mustard, broccoli, cherries, coconut, avocado, all raw fruits and raw vegetables.

Even with all of those restrictions, I got an appetizer ( don't remember exactly what it was.....it was something completely off menu...chef creation....I think it was something like a sampling of pork 3 ways...I just remember it was really good.

For the main dish, I got the oak grilled filet of beef. But I got it with roasted potatoes and sauted green beans, onions, and peppers. I was also able to pick a different sauce from the menu b/c the usual sauce with that beef was not safe for me. The meal was AMAZING!! I ate the entire thing.

And for dessert, the apple sorbet was safe but the chef doctored it up a little bit and made a warm berry compote to go on top. It was raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. That was amazing as well.

From my experience, I think if you are only gluten free, you should definitely be able to get a great meal there! I just hope it's just as good when we go back in August!
