GF at Liberty Tree or Skipper Canteen?

So I'm wondering which table service to eat at in Magic Kingdom. We've tried most of the others and have it narrowed down to LTT or Skipper Canteen. The big caveat is quality of gluten free choices and to make it ticks we don't eat beef, lamb or pork. Thanks for your input!

I would say, w/o having been to Skipper's, that it is the better choice! Liberty Tree is very churned out, and it sounds like you have a lot of things you don't eat! My DD is GF, and if you wanted Liberty Tree type things, I would just go next door to Columbia Harbour House QS which has an allergy friendly menu that has some similar gf selections...mac and cheese, fried chicken, etc.. Have you checked out GFinorlando dot com? Lots of solid GF eating info for the Disney restaurants.

LTT has been a family favorite until our December 2015 trip and unfortunately it has gone downhill. Service was slow, the food was just lukewarm and their parker house rolls that we used to love were just MEH! I agree with PP and go to CHH...we all liked our entrees even the DGDs. Their broiled salmon with steamed broccoli was yummy.
