GF at Hilton Bonnet Creek?

Has anyone had experience with gluten free meals at the Hilton Bonnet Creek? We will be staying there next weekend and I haven't been able to find much info on their gluten free options. I have reached out to the hotel but haven't heard back yet. Any info would be very appreciated!
