Accordingly, when you go to formal dinners where there are limited options (e.g. everybody gets filet mignon and a lobster tail) the beef is always cooked medium. Nobody ever asks how you would prefer your steak - they are just serving in bulk and everybody gets the same thing. My concern was that the ship's restaurants would be the same way - thanks for alleviating some of those fears.
