so im not one to complain about things....but disney keeps getting names wrong on my reservation....not getting my flight info correct after i have told them about 5 times for the magical express...i have got two things in the mail with both different information...and now i call tonight to discuss this they put me hold to check and then hang up on me.....the magic is starting to turn into a headache....
 
Can you make the changes to your reservation online? That's one of the reason's I prefer to make my reservations online, so that I can verify the spelling of everything.

I just booked an AP rate and had to call for the reservation. Of course they mispelled my name even though it's my registered account. It's a total typo, not a mispelling they have my name as Elizagbeth intead of Elizabeth
 
Sorry. No, never had problem and I always book by phone.

But you should have heard the difficulty I had booking my car with Budget yesterday :eek: I don't know where their call center is. When I didn't get my conf. e mail I had to phone back. Then I found out why- totally mangeled my name and e mail, and my name isn't difficult. Don't know how many times I had to say no, not .com it's .ca sheech. :scared1:
 
We had a similar problem when we made our reservations a couple months ago. Dh and I usually stay at SOG and get our tickets through the military so we have never used Disney to make reservations. We are going with Dh's family for a 50th anniversary trip for his folks. There are 9 of us total and Dh and I were elected to make all the ressies for our park stay and the Disney cruise we are taking afterward.

The CM's we have dealt with have all been very nice, but it has taken us 4 different calls to them the get everything right on our reservations. We all have the same last name and that was about the only thing that wasn't screwed up. They got our addresses wrong, phone numbers switched around, ect. We are finally all set with everything, but it was very annoying trying to get it all set up.
 

We had this happen on our last trip. I had four rooms booked for my family for our anniversary trip. I spent 45 minutes on the phone giving (spelling) everyone's names, ages, addresses, emails, etc room by room. When I got the e confirmation-it was all wrong. Including spellings. Called to fix it. Got a new correct confirmation. When I added ME info, it all changed again. Then we got the ME vouchers, and those were wrong. It got to the point of comedy... I finally just called a week before our trip to make sure all the room assignments were correct and they were fine when we checked in.

I have more issues with ME than WDW, but they are owned my Mears and I've seldom had a good experience with Mears......
 
Well...it take them several years to get my name right and phone number. Every time they say they would change it and had but they never did. Other than that, everything else was ok.
 
I received my ME packet the other week and they completely left 2 people off the reservation:confused: Called and she stated that she "found the people" and resent another packet out. So they must be having some difficulty in getting things right:rotfl2:
 
Once I booked a separate room for my mother while I was logged into the website. They automatically changed the name and email on our account to hers. It took me forever to get it corrected. In fact, after booking a trip for my kids and myself I didn't notice that her name was the one listed as booking the reservation even though her name was nowhere listed as one of the guests on the trip. I had to call about something regarding the reservation, and at first they said they couldn't talk to me because I wasn't my mother! After I went ballistic and explained over and over how get name got on my account in the first place, they finally agreed to talk to me. It still took several emails before it was fixed. I definitely learned my lesson - my mother has to book her own trips in the future!!!
 
Another crazy experience with DME... I added my flight information twice - the last time over the phone with the DME "dept." It mysteriously disappears so when I view my reservation on line it says "no flight information has been given." Errrr.....
