Getting to the park early for off-site guests

I know they're have been a lot of questions from people staying off-site about crowds. We were there in August 2007 and got to the parks for opening every day. I was going through some of the pictures last night and found some that I took right when we got to Universal Studios. Later in the day wait times were well over an hour to an hour and half for the more popular rides (ROTM, Men in Black, Shrek, Jimmy Neutron). As the pictures show - get there early!
