Getting to Rain Forest Cafe from AKL

Is the parking lot for Rain Forest Cafe the same one that the buses use for AK? If we go there for lunch would we be able to enter the cafe after being dropped off without entering the park, and if we were driving there where would be park to enter the cafe.

Use the regular bus drop off for AK and the parking lot for AK as well... I believe you can enter without entering the park, but you may want a second opinion on that one....

RFC, is OUTSIDE AK. Its right before you get to the entrance to the park.

There is also an entrance into the Animal Kingdom from the Rainforest Cafe, so if no having to leave the restaurant from where you walked in and going in threw the main gates of the Animal Kingdom.

Thanks everyone - now I am wondering if you park in the same lot as AK do they have a certain area for RFC dining. What if we came for lunch and the parking lot was filled with AK visitors.

There is also a RFC in DTD as well if you wanted to hit the shops.

Yes, you would park in the AK lot, same as if you intended to visit the park. The restaurant is right outside the park gates.
