1) make breakfast ADR at one of the nearby resorts. However, you may not be able to leave a car in the lot all day.
2) Uber or Lyft or taxi to the Beach Club and walk over.
3) Park at Hollywood Studios, take the skyliner, boat, or walk to Epcot.
Or to Swan/Dolphin or the gas station across the street from BW. I've not tried it but I've read a few of the resorts are not allowing Uber or Lyft to drop off there unless you have an ADR. I know Swan/Dolphin does not have that rule as they do not have a guard.
Park at HS and walk (15 mins) to the International Gateway. Skyliner is terrific but unreliable (weather, etc). The walk is beautiful. I'd time it to be starting the walk from HS about 30 mins from IG opening. Walk past the Boardwalk resort on your right (all the way past the entire Boardwalk resort), left over the bridge, right at the end of the bridge and you'll be right at the IG.
Honestly, unless you’re staying in the area or at a skyliner resort, it isn’t worth that much trouble. If you’re staying off site & driving, just park in the Epcot lot. Parking at Studios & walking, boating or taking the skyliner is fine if you’re already there or going there later in the day. But why park a few miles away from the park you’re going to, just so you can use a different entrance? Remember you’ll have to get back to your car later too. There’s very little advantage to going in that way for any ride. Remy will be boarding groups, so it won’t matter where you enter.
